{"About the Role": "We are seeking an experienced Luxury Property Estate Agent to join our team in the East Midlands area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for liaising with high-net-worth clients regarding their property sale, generating new business leads, and ensuring the smooth transaction of luxury properties.

Key Responsibilities:

* Liaise with high-net-worth clients to understand their property needs and preferences
* Conduct market appraisals and viewings to determine the optimal sale price
* Negotiate offers and ensure the transaction runs smoothly through to completion
* Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service

* An experienced Agent with a proven track record of selling luxury homes in the East Midlands area

* Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
