We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Employment Solicitor to join our boutique Commercial firm in Lancashire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality employment law advice to our blue-chip clients and household name companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing respondent employment law advice to clients
  • Dealing with a wide range of employment matters, including contract reviews, termination of employment, settlement agreements, and employment tribunal cases
  • Working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide commercial solutions
  • Collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional client care and results

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years' PQE in employment law
  • Experience of working on quality employment law matters at a strong city or regional firm
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
