The Night Support Worker will be responsible for providing high quality bespoke care to the people we support, including keeping accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature and thrive on empowering adults through nurturing, caring, motivating, and encouraging their decision-making.

A typical shift will include:

  • Providing physical and emotional support to the people we support.
  • Ensuring their needs are met through a supportive and caring environment.
  • Being a positive role model and promoting independence through a range of activities.
  • General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation and elements of personal care.

We are looking for individuals who have a can-do attitude, compassion, and empathy.

Previous care experience is preferred but not essential.

Candidates with a full UK licence and access to their own vehicle is essential due to the rural location of the home.

Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
