Job Description

Employment Tribunal Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Tribunal Consultant to join our team at Employee Management Ltd (EML). As an Employment Tribunal Consultant, you will provide clients with expert advice and support in respect of Employment Law issues, and represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Employment Law matters
  • Liaise with ACAS in respect of Early Conciliation claims
  • Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including advocacy
  • Draft Settlement Agreements and related documents
  • Prepare written briefings, reports, and articles on HR/Employment Law topics
  • Design and deliver Employment Law training

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in a consultancy environment would be an advantage
  • Strong academic record (degree level or equivalent)
  • Good eye for detail and excellent writing skills
  • Adaptable and willing to take on a range of responsibilities
  • Ability to work well as part of a close-knit team
  • Comfortable in identifying and progressing consultancy opportunities with new and existing clients
