Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Scientist or Engineer to lead our Energy Transition team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in energy transition technology and a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead medium to large-scale complex technical multi-disciplinary assignments
  • Grow, manage and develop a high-performing team of energy transition-focused scientists and engineers
  • Active involvement in managing client relationships, managing the sales process and supporting engagement with our clients
  • Produce thought-provoking pieces to raise the profile of PA in technology innovation in the sector
  • Initiate, lead and win sales

Requirements

You will have a network of senior industry contacts and potential buyers across the sector. Your primary expertise and experience will be as a multi-disciplinary technologist that is energy transition-focused.
