About the Opportunity:

As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards on a current site in Leicester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain timelines, allocating resources efficiently.
  • Supervision of On-Site Activities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordination of Subcontractors and Trades: Organize and manage different trades to maintain workflow and prevent delays.
  • Health and Safety Enforcement: Ensure all site workers follow safety regulations, reducing risks and promoting a safe work environment.
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track project milestones, assess work quality, and report updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: Must have CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid certifications.
  • Experience: Required background in Building and Construction, specifically Housing.
  • Location: Must be able to work across the midlands, including Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby.
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Must be willing to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis, and Safety boots).
  • References: Must have a working reference.
  • Work Authorization: Must have the right to work in the UK.
