Chronic Pain Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Chronic Pain Specialist to join our team at Connect Health. As a leading independent healthcare provider, we offer a wide range of services on behalf of the NHS, including musculoskeletal, chronic pain, rehabilitation, mental health, rheumatology, and health coaching.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in physiotherapy, nursing, or occupational therapy to work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality personalized care to patients. You will be responsible for delivering effective and sensitive pain management to individuals and groups, promoting patient education and understanding of pain, rehabilitation, and self-management strategies.
Responsibilities:
Deliver pain management programs to individuals and groupsPromote patient education and understanding of pain managementContribute to clinical team development and MDT meetingsEnsure own clinical standards comply with CQC requirementsRequirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Demonstratable experience and interest in chronic pain
- NMC or HCPC professional registration
- Background in physiotherapy, nursing, or occupational therapy
- Prior experience of working in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
