Job Summary
We are expanding our Neurodevelopmental services to support children and young people in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. This role is part of our Neurodevelopment Improvement Programme, which aims to improve outcomes for children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
Main Responsibilities
This post will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working across CAMHS and Community Paediatrics. The successful candidate will join a passionate and ambitious team, working to improve the experience of children, young people, and their families.
Key Duties
- Deliver high-quality care and work creatively with colleagues to support children and young people.
- Contribute to the development of new delivery, finance, and workforce models.
- Work collaboratively with the team to reduce waiting lists and improve access to support.
