Job Description

We are seeking experienced Programme Managers with a strong background in public sector real estate to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex real estate programmes and portfolios for public sector clients, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards.

You will develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, and act as a trusted advisor and point of contact. Additionally, you will identify and secure new business opportunities, and support the preparation and delivery of bids and proposals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the delivery of complex real estate programmes and portfolios for public sector clients
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of bids and proposals

Qualifications and experience required include:

  • 3 years' experience leading and managing portfolios/programmes in the public sector, real estate portfolio/programme management experience desirable
  • Strong and current understanding of portfolio/programme management requirements and how it relates to real estate
  • Proven ability to work in relevant portfolio/programme management process and systems
  • Awareness/experience of variety of methods of procurement and forms of contract in the public sector
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and written
  • Degree / Postgraduate qualified in a relevant field
  • Professional membership desirable
