Job Title: Live in Care Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Live in Care Assistant to provide personal care and independent living support to a young adult with cerebral palsy, sciatic nerve injury, and impaired sight. The ideal candidate will have a mature and responsible attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care, including dressing, showering, and transferring using equipment such as hoists
  • Support with daily living activities, housekeeping, and domestic duties
  • Help with commuting to and from university
  • Engage in social activities and outings
Requirements:
  • Great organisational skills
  • Respectful of the client's privacy and space
  • Good sense of humour
  • A mature and responsible attitude to work
  • Clear and proactive communication
What We Offer:
  • Free accommodation whilst on shift
  • Competitive pay rate of £190 per day
  • 5.6 weeks' holiday pro rata
