We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant at Travelex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience when purchasing foreign currency and other travel-related products.
Key Responsibilities
- Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency requirements
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and provide support and advice on Travelex products and services
- Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
- Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
- Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
- Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures
Requirements
- Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers and ability to handle large amounts of cash and currency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Desire to succeed and make a positive impact on our customers' experiences
