Job Title: Moulding Technician

Job Summary:
Technique Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Moulding Technician to join our client's team in Beccles. As a Moulding Technician, you will provide technical support to the Shift Supervisor to ensure planned and unplanned work is carried out effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Tool changing, colour changing, and insert changing tools
• Servicing and preparing Tooling for production
• Servicing, rebuilding hot runners, and checking tolerances
• Fault finding on machinery and various multi-cavity tooling
• Carry out quality checks as and when required
• Basic servicing and cleaning of all machinery
• Carry out post-production tasks as and when required
• Ensure the department is safe, tidy, and clean during and at the end of each shift
• Carry out administration and reporting as necessary
• Comply with quality standards as set by the Company
