Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop comprehensive financial plans for clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and other documents to support client meetings and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the Financial Advisors.
  • Provide exceptional support to the Financial Advisors in all aspects of client service, including research, data analysis, and document preparation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paraplanner in the wealth management industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial planning services.
  • Industry-leading qualifications, such as a Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in financial planning principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
