About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability and Improvement Manager to join our team at Refresco. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that drive operational excellence, improve equipment performance, and reduce downtime.

As a Reliability and Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for championing the Foundational Elements of Engineering Excellence, including Autonomous Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Professional Maintenance, Early Equipment Management, and Training and Education. You will work closely with our maintenance, production, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and implement best practices to drive long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership that ensures a safe, productive, and engaged organization.
  • Ensure individuals in the reliability organization and any of their contractors follow established Refresco safety rules and procedures.
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance strategies that meet the most recent knowledge and standards.
  • Selection, development, and performance management of the individuals in the reliability improvement organization to meet objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a recruitment and development strategy for reliability engineers.
  • Support capital team in development and implementation of capital projects with technical support from engineers.
About You

To be successful as a Reliability and Improvement Manager here at Refresco, you will need to be passionate about driving change and have a strong background in process improvements and asset care management. You will also need to have leadership experience and be able to deliver operational excellence.

We would consider candidates from various industries, but experience in FMCG or beverages manufacturing would be beneficial.
