Principal Electronic Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Electronic Design Engineer to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high tolerance electronic instrumentation products and contribute to the success of our company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of electronic systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of electronic systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement design solutions, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and meet the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth production and delivery of products.
  • Contribute to the development of design documentation, including schematics, PCB layouts, and technical specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools, technologies, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve design processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electronic design and development, with a strong understanding of electronic systems and design principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex design problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of design tools, including CAD software, simulation tools, and PCB design software.
