Care Assistant Role

We are recruiting for a Care Assistant to join our dedicated community team at Be Caring. As a Care Assistant, you will provide care and support to individuals in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Your key responsibilities will include providing personal care, supporting individuals to meet their outcomes, connecting them to their communities, and delivering personalised care. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, with a focus on documentation, reporting, and information sharing.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £12 per hour for drivers and £11.50 per hour for walkers, with additional benefits including mileage payments, bonus schemes, and a birthday gift voucher.
