Automation Test Lead

Join Xpertise Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency, and take on the role of Automation Test Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing test strategies, leading a team of testers, and driving the adoption of test automation across our development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Engineering to develop and implement test strategies
  • Lead a team of testers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, ensuring they are efficient and effective
  • Work closely with developers to ensure test automation is integrated into their development practices
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, ensuring our testing processes are efficient and effective

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in test automation, with a strong understanding of test automation frameworks
  • Experience in leading a team of testers, with a strong track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with developers and other stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
