FOH Team Member - Rotherham, South Yorkshire

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic FOH Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

As a FOH Team Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system.
  • Deliver orders to the kitchen and assist in preparing and packing food and beverages.
  • Ensure that all guest areas are clean, sanitary, and tidy.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Upsell and promote additional food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Process sales, provide guests with receipts, and deliver food.
  • Answer the telephone and deal with guest enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assemble and package orders to brand standards.

Key Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business volume levels.
  • Knowledge of food allergens and menu items.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and smart appearance.
