Lunchtime Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a caring and patient individual to join our team as a Lunchtime Supervisor at a Primary School in Lichfield. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to support and engage with students in a positive manner during their lunch break.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising children in the dining hall and playground
  • Encouraging healthy eating habits
  • Resolving minor conflicts that may arise

Requirements:

  • Caring and patient demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Genuine interest in working with children
  • Previous experience in a similar role or working with children is desirable

Zest Education is an REC audited agency dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS and be registered to the DBS Update Service, provide references to cover the last two years, and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.

The salary for this position is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. Recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years are required for this position.

This role is for temporary supply work.
