Job Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering project and programme management services, managing risk within projects, and facilitating risk workshops.


They will also manage subcontractors and contractors for transparent and quality delivery, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service.


Key Requirements



  • Relevant construction qualification
  • Experience in delivering building projects from inception to completion
  • Client-facing experience, including commission/project basis work
  • Experience in JCT and/or NEC contract administration
  • Good understanding of programme and scheduling software
