We are seeking a Graduate Pest Control Specialist to support our customers in Croydon and surrounding areas. Successful individuals have included graduates with a science-based degree.

You will start as a Pest Control Technician, providing support to customers by resolving their pest control issues while receiving comprehensive training. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks, utilizing your scientific knowledge.
  • Tackling pest problems and offering advice on maintenance and hygiene, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Completing accurate reports after every visit and providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships.

During the next 12-36 months, you will have the opportunity to choose from various career paths, including Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader, or Key Account Manager, supporting your career growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 2.2 degree in a science-related subject or BA in Business Management.
  • A full UK driving licence, enabling you to travel efficiently.
  • A desire to work hard and have fun while interacting with customers daily, ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs, showcasing your adaptability.
