About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Resource Optimization Specialist to join our team at Nuffield Health Brentwood. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary based on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively loading and managing clinician diaries, implementing efficiencies through utilisation reporting and stakeholder engagement, and reacting in real-time to changes in resource levels to mitigate impacts on capacity and client journeys.

Main Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining clinician rotas for specific regional clusters.
  • Loading and maintaining clinician diaries for a specific cluster of regional locations.
  • Maintaining a constant flow of availability for the bookings team within a set region and supporting with authorisations in conjunction with site management.
  • Supporting the national lead by encouraging and supporting the growth of a positive team environment, facilitating the development of robust skillsets and processes, and maintaining productive communications channels with stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to identify and implement diary efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of resource planning principles and practices.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is £40,000-£60,000, depending on experience.
