Job Title: Front Desk cum Admin

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk cum Admin to join our team at Sports Direct Malaysia. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors, responding to inquiries and directing them to the correct personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and goods deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including meeting rooms, pantry, cafeteria, office equipment, cleaning services, waste disposal, and pest control.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and supporting documents for approval.
  • Monitor and replenish non-trade items, such as stationery, name cards, and F&B supplies.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times.
Requirements:
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in both English and Malay.
  • At least a diploma holder with 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Good organizational skills, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
