Job Description

Job Title: Chemistry Teacher

Job Type: Temporary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chemistry Teacher to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Chemistry Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students, promoting academic progress, and contributing to the development of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that cater to the abilities of all students and align with the syllabus.
  • Create a stimulating classroom environment that facilitates effective learning.
  • Generate enthusiasm for the subject, inspiring all students to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address special educational needs and pastoral difficulties.
  • Complete written assessments and reports according to guidelines and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Hold an appropriate degree with UK PGCE or other teaching qualification providing QTS.
  • Familiarity with the national curriculum of England, including IGCSE/GCSE and/or A-Level.
