We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Design Engineer to join our team at Process Installations and Maintenance Services Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs and solutions for our clients in the energy, food processing, and pharmaceutical industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver a wide range of projects, including low temperature hot water systems, steam and condensate systems, ASHP and WSHP installations, and combined heat and power projects.
- Prepare technical specifications, designs, drawings, equipment schedules, survey reports, and contract documentation.
- Develop and present project design proposals to the project team and client.
- Undertake project surveys, including site inspections, stock condition, refurbishment, and post-occupancy performance evaluations.
- Monitor and review junior staff performance.
- Report resource and financial information to group Partners.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building services design and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
- 8 years minimum experience as a Building Services Designer Engineer or similar.
- HNC or a degree in Mechanical, Building Services, or related Engineering discipline.
- Experience working on projects such as Energy Centres, CHP, and Energy projects or healthcare sector is desirable.
