At Turner & Townsend Group, we are seeking a skilled Construction Expert Senior Manager to join our Contract Services Claims & Disputes team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction-related degree qualification and/or legal qualification, with experience in leading the pursuit of claims up or down the supply-chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Critically analyse project and major programme performance, identifying root causes of those elements in distress;
  • Lead development of a contract and commercial strategy to successfully recover performance of distressed projects or major programmes in line with Client outcomes;
  • Effective stakeholder management with the Client and at all levels of the supply-chain;
  • Review and assess contemporaneous project records to establish quantum associated with claims and/or disputes;
  • Critically analyse the strengths and weaknesses of Client claims and/or disputes, providing strategic advice on (i) proceeding; and/or (ii) amending the basis of claim;
  • Supporting the interface with the client and other consultants, at all project stages;
  • Acting as an ambassador championing the Contract Services delivered by Turner & Townsend Group in the industry.
