Peninsula Dental Social Enterprise (PDSE) is a pioneering Community Interest Company that delivers NHS treatment and outreach services to local communities. As a values-driven organization, we prioritize patient-centered care and address local oral health needs. We collaborate closely with the University of Plymouth's Peninsula Dental School to support the clinical education of its dental healthcare students.

We are seeking highly skilled dentists to join our growing team, initially based in our Plymouth facilities. Our ambition is to expand into a new Dental Education Practice (DEP) in Plymouth City Centre, providing an innovative model of care that includes urgent and stabilization dental care, general and specialist dentistry, and placements for undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Successful candidates will work alongside University dental staff, including specialists in minor oral surgery, in a multidisciplinary clinical environment that offers full clinical support. Funding is available for postgraduate training up to MSc level for successful candidates who wish to advance their clinical skills.

Dentists and Therapists must be registered with the GDC. In addition, Dentists must have completed Dental Foundation training and hold a valid NHS performer number.
