Heavy Goods Vehicle Technician

Additional Resources Ltd. is seeking an experienced HGV Mechanic to maintain and repair Roadsweepers and Tankers to meet company and legal standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting repairs, inspections, servicing, and MOT preparation to ensure vehicles meet company and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on Roadsweepers and Tankers.
- Perform inspections and diagnostic tests to identify issues and implement necessary repairs.
- Servicing and MOT preparation to meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a HGV Mechanic or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in the HGV or PSV sector.
- Level 2 NVQ, C&G, or equivalent in a vehicle-related discipline.
- Educational qualifications in electrical diagnostics beneficial.
- HGV Class 1/2 driving license and IRTEC preferred.
Estimated Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
