Executive Culinary Director

As a key member of the Harvester team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen to deliver exceptional food quality and service. Your role will involve inspiring and motivating your team to achieve their best, while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

With a focus on creating a positive and productive work environment, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, including food ordering, preparation, and stock control. You will also be expected to work closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service delivery.

As a Senior Chef Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through paid for qualifications and training. You will also be eligible for a quarterly bonus scheme, opportunities for career progression, and a range of benefits including a 33% discount across all our brands.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Training and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Managing all aspects of the kitchen, including food ordering, preparation, and stock control
  • Working closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Overseeing the implementation of health and hygiene regulations
