About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Newcastle area. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality person-centered care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional care and support to service users
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being
- Manage staff performance, training, and development
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person-centered care
