We are seeking an experienced and skilled Children's Home Deputy Manager to join our client in the Northeast. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in upholding the values and guidelines of a therapeutic community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Children's Home Deputy Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
