Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Year 2 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth. Your primary duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to promote academic achievement
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience
  • Participating in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and technologies

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A degree in Education or a related field, with a minimum of two years of post-qualification teaching experience
  • Experience delivering UK National Curriculum or Cambridge Primary
  • Confidence in the use of ICT in teaching
  • High expectations and aspirations for all students
  • A commitment to the overall development of young people
  • An open-minded approach to your work, with a willingness to learn and develop
