About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pricing and Data Analyst to join our team at Tusker, a leading car leasing company. As a key member of our Pricing and Data team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of order requote requests, answering customer queries, and providing exceptional support to our drivers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage order requote requests and ensure timely and accurate responses
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the Pricing and Data team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our products and services

Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • High level of numeracy and experience of using Office 365, particularly Excel
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service
