About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor - Contract Administrator to join our team in Warrington. As a key member of the Commercial Team, you will be responsible for the successful administration of contracts.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with NEC3 or 4 Contracts and possess excellent administrative skills. You will be responsible for contract administration, financial monitoring, and managing subcontractors.

This is a full-time permanent role with a competitive salary based on proven skills and experience. The company offers a range of benefits, including 24 days holiday plus statutory holidays, a company pension scheme, and enhanced family-friendly policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract administration, including variations and extensions of time
  • Financial monitoring and reporting of contracts assigned
  • Managing subcontractors, including payment applications and final accounts
  • Assisting with commercial completion of contracts

About You:

  • HNC or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
  • Degree qualification or studying towards (RICS or equivalent) is desirable but not mandatory
  • Clean driving licence
  • Ability to work within a delivery team with multiple drivers
