Job Title: Lettings Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join our team at Nexus ERP. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all legal compliances are up to date, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including pro-active and reactive maintenance, property inspections, and organisation of safety certificates.
  • Communicate with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding property maintenance works, required actions, and resolving issues accordingly.
  • Arrange property inspections and report back to landlords with feedback.
  • Ensure all legal compliances are up to date, including renewals, rent chasing, and liaising with utility companies and council at start and end of tenancy.
  • Resolve landlord and tenant enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A proven track record in Residential Lettings property management.
  • Expertise and ability to manage a large property portfolio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of lettings legislation.
  • The ability to build relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Be extremely organised, able to work independently, and work well under pressure.
  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
