We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at GLG Vets in Morden. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional veterinary care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality veterinary care and treatment to a variety of animals, prioritizing their health and well-being.
- Perform routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency care as required, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient, facilitating effective communication with owners and colleagues.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of veterinary nurses and support staff to deliver seamless care and enhance the overall experience for clients and patients.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic during your shifts, adhering to best practices and guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Veterinary degree (MRCVS or equivalent) and relevant postgraduate qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Experience in both routine and emergency veterinary care, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and empathy in all interactions.
Salary and Benefits:
