**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a skilled Guest Experience Manager to deliver exceptional guest services and exceed customer expectations at our JLL location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality information services, acting as a liaison between clients and hosts, and ensuring seamless interactions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as a point of contact between clients and hosts, enhancing service with a concierge approach.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth transitions throughout the building.
- Proactively address inquiries and requests in person, via phone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage reservations for learning courses, meetings, and event space.
- Coordinate meeting room setup and ensure they meet required standards.
**Compensation and Benefits:
