We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Investigo. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers meet all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential suppliers, verifying their identity, legal status, ownership structure, and financial stability.
  • Review and validate supplier-provided documentation, such as business licenses, tax identification numbers, financial statements, and other relevant records.
  • Assess the risks associated with new suppliers based on the outcome of KYC assessments and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to determine appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, finance, and cybersecurity teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of the supplier onboarding process.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on supplier onboarding processes, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on supplier onboarding activities, compliance status, and potential risks for management review.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in supplier onboarding, KYC/KYS, compliance, or a related role.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in supplier due diligence and KYC/KYS processes.
