About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our team at Assystem. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the efficient execution of bid management activities, ensuring adherence to processes and accuracy in data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of bids for a wide range of projects, collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Assist the Bid Management and Bid Writing teams on high-value, strategic bids, providing administrative support and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
  • Produce professional documentation, including presentation materials and financial reports, aligned with corporate standards.
  • Maintain and update a bid library with reusable content, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices in bid processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Assertiveness and self-motivation, with a desire to grow in bid management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Desirable Skills
  • GCSE in Mathematics & English (C or above) or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience in bid administration or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
Security Clearance

Due to the nature of work to be undertaken, applicants will be required to meet certain criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK BPSS security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum BPSS level.
