Responsibilities
This is a dynamic and challenging role, requiring a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our Emergency Department team. Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating shift operations and ensuring seamless patient care
  • Providing expert clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
  • Maintaining high standards of patient care and safety
  • Leading and developing the skills of the team

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Registered Nurse qualification
  • Post-registration course in teaching/assessing and mentorship
  • A&E/Emergency Care course or equivalent
  • Degree to BSc level
  • Previous experience of working in an ED department
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development
