About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality assessment and intervention plans for our pupils, working collaboratively with our established and knowledgeable Clinical Team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious service that is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our pupils. You will have the autonomy to shape the service and drive transformational change, working closely with our Clinical Locality Lead and Head of Clinical Operations (South).

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a caseload alongside other clinicians, with the full support of our Clinical Team
  • Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice
  • Collect and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work
  • Work collaboratively with a range of key partners to achieve shared goals
Requirements
  • Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational)
  • Registered with the HCPC and own professional body
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience of working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage strategically
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners
  • Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults
  • Experience of lecturing/teaching/training
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required
