Your Role: Client Partner & Team Leader

As a Sr. Manager/Associate Director, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, leading the delivery of impactful analytics solutions that address their strategic, operational, and tactical objectives. You will play a pivotal role in building and managing high-performing teams of data and analytics professionals.

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at Fortune 100 companies, understanding their business needs and challenges to develop tailored solutions.
  • Solution Delivery & Growth: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, ensuring high quality, on-time completion, and exceeding client expectations. Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing engagements.
  • Strategic Consulting: Collaborate with clients to define their analytics roadmap, prioritize key use cases, and develop innovative solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Business Value Demonstration: Present compelling insights and recommendations to C-level executives, showcasing the tangible value delivered by Tiger Analytics' solutions.

Your Expertise:

  • 10+ years of experience in delivering advanced analytics consulting services to Fortune 100 clients.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of data science methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the CPG, Retail & FMCG industries is highly desirable.
