About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our Central London team at Shoreditch House. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for making the pizza dough, preparing ingredients for toppings, assembly and cooking through either a pizza or wood fired oven.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas to meet customer expectations
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile kitchen focusing on high-quality pizza
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Sense of urgency and ability to multitask
  • Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
