We are seeking an Experienced Monitoring Technician to work in our Intensive Care Unit at Boston Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with the nursing team to prioritize patient needs.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide direct patient care, responding to changing patient needs throughout the shift.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to prioritize patient care activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient data, communicating changes and updates to assigned nurses.
  • Support the smooth operation of the ICU, participating in regular meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
