About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Executive Pastry Artisan to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality pastry dishes and developing new recipes to enhance our menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute new pastry recipes to drive menu innovation
  
• Collaborate with our culinary team to create seasonal dessert menus
  
• Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all pastry dishes
  
• Contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen environment
  

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including a 4-day working week and opportunities for professional development.
