Job Summary:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Commercial Air Conditioning Technician, working with a well-established FM service provider in London. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, working closely with other engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning equipment
  • Maintain and repair air handling units and fan coil units
  • Monitor BMS systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide technical support and assistance to other engineers
  • Escorting specialist subcontractors as needed

Requirements:
  • City & Guilds or NVQ in Mechanical or Air Conditioning
  • F-Gas Cat 1 certification (essential)
  • Trade certificates must be provided (essential)
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Understanding of critical plant, including chillers, HVAC, AHU, and FCUs
  • Multi-skilled and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
