About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at schools in Hackney, London. In this role, you will work with children and young people with SEN, providing individualized support and care to help them achieve their full potential.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes experienced teachers and therapy professionals. Together, you will develop and implement effective learning strategies that cater to each student's unique needs and abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the importance of supporting pupils with additional needs and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and families. Experience supporting young people with SEN would be advantageous, but training and development opportunities are available for the right candidate.

We offer a salary of £29,500 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
