Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Housekeeping Team as a Housekeeping Team Member. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness in our hotel.

About the Role

As a member of our Housekeeping Team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.

You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and other team members to achieve this goal. This will involve cleaning and preparing guest rooms, replenishing amenities, and responding to guest requests in a prompt and efficient manner.
