We require a highly skilled Site Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Norwich, Norfolk. The salary for this role is £48,000 - £58,000 per year.
Job RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity to work on a range of construction projects, ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction quality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Main Duties- Carry out site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
- Act as the main point of contact with clients and stakeholders regarding construction quality.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future defects.
- Prepare and submit reports following site inspections.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the residential new build sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications.
