Maintenance Automation Team Lead

Role Overview:This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Automation professional to join our team as a Shift Automation and Maintenance Supervisor. As a key member of our Automation Team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to your team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Carrying out maintenance and servicing of all onsite automated equipment
- Carrying out planned repairs and reactive repairs of automated material handling equipment
- Fault-finding and diagnosis of mechanical and/or electrical faults
- Responding to automation faults and breakdowns in a timely manner ensuring minimal downtime
- Prior experience in a leadership position within Automation
- Relevant Engineering qualification
- Able to coach and mentor team members to success
£55,000 - £75,000 per annum
